Central Texas to Launch a Catylist Commercial Listing Service
Austin, TX – Months of comprehensive review and evaluation of commercial information exchange (CIE) systems has resulted in a contract between the Central Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals, Inc. and Catylist Inc. to bring the first CIE offering to the area for commercial real estate professionals. Catylist, whose commercial information exchange service is in use throughout the country, is currently developing a locally-branded website and marketing-based application for the 300+ members of CTCAR.

Scheduled to launch in April, the new marketing-based website will provide detailed information on available commercial real estate properties for sale or lease throughout central Texas. Members will have access to a full-featured marketing system with the ability to simultaneously market properties locally and nationally, promote themselves, create high-end marketing presentations, communicate with local and national commercial professionals, as well as many other advanced features of the website. The public will be able to view information on members, companies, and search available property listings at www.ctcarx.com.
In addition to offering unprecedented local service and marketing exposure for brokers and their clients, member listings and their professional profiles will also be accessible on Catylist’s National website. This site currently houses more than 200,000 properties from across the nation and internationally, posted by over 75,000 commercial professionals. For maximum listing exposure, CTCAR members will also have the opportunity to send their listings via Catylist’s unique distribution channels to the Cityfeet.com Network as well as the real estate classifieds from the world’s most popular search engine, Google® Base.
