Catylist adds Lycos and Oodle to Distribution Network
Chicago, IL – Catylist Inc., the country’s leading provider of marketing-based commercial information exchange (CIE) technology for commercial real estate communities and brokerage firms, today announced that Lycos and Oodle have been added to the Catylist distribution network.
Subscribers of the Catylist Network, including Catylist.com and over 40 local Catylist-powered commercial information exchanges, can now send their commercial properties listed for sale or lease to the Lycos and Oodle websites without re-entering the data. Listings sent to these sites will be automatically updated on a nightly basis.
Other partners in Catylist’s distribution network include Google Base, CIMLS, ReBusinessOnline, Florida Real Estate Journal and the Zana Network. These additional distribution points give Catylist subscribers a tremendous amount of listing exposure for their properties with the convenience of being able to manage those distribution points from one database. Catylist expects to add additional channels in the near future.

Syndication of Commercial listings, is a definite plus, the same as residential listings, the greater the exposure the greater the potential to touch the potential buyer. But syndication of listings offers so much more that the agency or the agent doesn’t recognize immediately, potential leads! Which in turn leads to additional business, networking, contacts, possible employees/employment, friends, etc. OH YES! and CLIENTS = SALES = $Money in their pockets, and their agencies bottom line = PROFIT
