		<description>Syndication of Commercial listings, is a definite plus, the same as residential listings, the greater the exposure the greater the potential to touch the potential buyer.  But syndication of listings offers so much more that the agency or the agent doesn&#039;t recognize immediately, potential leads! Which in turn leads to additional business, networking, contacts, possible employees/employment, friends, etc. OH YES! and CLIENTS = SALES = $Money in their pockets, and their agencies bottom line = PROFIT
