The Commercial Real Estate Industry as a whole are starting to get their head out of the hole and face reality. Now all the industry needs to do is look at the potential of lowering their prices to ADVERTISE through the many sites like Commercial IQ, Loopnet, etc. I believe Catalyst will gain some marketshare if they continue on this program of ramping up EXPOSURE through the internet. Commercial Real Estate is finally looking at the “Big Picture” EXPOSURE!
