California Desert Association of REALTORS® Extends Catylist CIE Contract through 2011
Palm Desert – September 30, 2008 – The California Desert Commercial Association of REALTORS® (CDAR) recently renewed their Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) contract with Chicago-based, Catylist Inc. The Desert Area CIE launched in 2005 to serve the needs of CDAR’s Commercial Investment Committee and connects commercial professionals, owners, tenants and investors looking to buy, sell, and lease properties from Palm Springs to Coachella Valley at www.desertareacie.com.
With nearly 200 members, ranging from one-man shops to large national brokerage firms, Desert Area CIE showcases over 1,000 available commercial properties for sale or lease on the site.
