Great going, ICREX! I certainly hope that such and exchange can be created here in Florida.

I can't speak as a broker, but as head of marketing at MSR Enterprises (DeLand, FL) - a commercial property owner that is currentl looking to sell its MSR Building - I can certainly relate with the frustrations in working with companies such as Loopnet.

I think that it is up to those of us on the frontlines to create more efficient - in terms of time and money - tools to help us do what we do best.

ICREX has certainly taken a step in that direction. Kudos!
